NVC 5-24-2017

Checklist 7-24-2017 But NVC error so Mumbai embassy requested the case closed

Case closed 8-28-2017

Interview scheduled 8-29-2017 (24 hours after completed..i was shocked)

Interview 10-18-2017

Mumbai India embassy 

 

Getting excited now😀 my flight is booked and I will arrive on the 11th of October to go with him to his medical and vac appt before the interview.  I can't believe it's nearly over😁

Upload AOS:  08-20-2017

Submit DS-260 and upload IV: 08-28-2017-

CASE COMPLETE: 08-31-2017

CEAC UPLOAD PROCESS. It is the new system they use for certain embassies. You upload your documents on the NVC site. But it is not for all. The NVC welcome letter contains how you should proceed with your documents. Some people can choose between regular mail and e-mail the documents. It depends which embassy it is.

E-mail process and the new CEAC upload process are way faster than sending your documents via regular mail. 

 

And yes, it is the CR-1 Visa.

My PD September 9, 2016, and CC August 16, 2017. Still waiting for an interview date. I called on last Friday. But no progress yet. It is Dhaka, Bangladesh US embassy. Any advice?

2017-04-17: Case received at NVC

2017-04-20: NVC assigned a case number and invoice

2017-04-20: Submitted DS-261 Agent Form online

2017-04-21: Reviewed DS 261 Agent over Phone

2017-04-21: AOS invoice received via email

2017-04-21: AOS invoice paid online

2017-04-26: IV fee paid online

2017-04-26: Sent AOS and IV packages (hard copy) in one package

Most likely you will end up getting a November interview date. My CC was on end of July n waited 1 month to give me an interview date in October for DHK.
