No advice because I didn't do a concurrent filing....and most of that stuff I did file for was several years ago so I don't want to give you any outdated advice...I'm sure others will be along to comment who have more current advice documentation-wise.

 

But I'm just trying to imagine how THICK your application package must look!  Wow.  Good luck with your filing!

July 21, 2017 (Day 07) -  NOA Receipt received in the mail

July 22, 2017 (Day 08) - Biometrics appointment scheduled online, letter mailed out

July 25, 2017 (Day 11) - Biometrics PDF posted online

July 28, 2017 (Day 14) - Biometrics letter received in the mail, appointment for 08/08/17

Aug 08, 2017 (Day 24) - Biometrics (fingerprinting) completed

Aug 14, 2017 (Day 30) - Online EGOV status shows "Interview Scheduled, will mail appointment letter"

Aug 16, 2017 (Day 32) - Online MYUSCIS status shows "Interview Scheduled, read the letter we mailed you..."

Lol yeah it is .I'm just trying to confirm it with some of the experienced or recent applicants ,it feels good to have a confirmation from other people too.Thank you and good luck to you ✌🏻

Day 1 11/21/2016 - PD (Priority Date) date of I-130 ; Day 17 12/7/2016 – checks cashed.

Day 18-19 12/8-9/2016 – text/email notification that your application has been received.

Day 24 12/14/2016 NOA received I-797C for I-485, I-131, I-765 and I-797C for I-130 mail notification.

Day 29 12/19/2016– received biometrics appointment notification. Mark your calendar to attend.

Day 40 12/30/2016 – do the biometrics appointment. Scheduled Day 47 1/3/2017 but completed Day 43.

Day 61 1/20/2017 Online status change-We are ready to schedule your I-485 form for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice.

Day 93 2/21/2017 Online status change-Approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. We will mail your approval notice.//Approved your Form I-131 (Advance Parole), Application For USCIS Travel Document. We will mail your approval notice.

Day 95 2/23/2017 Online status change- We mailed your new card for (I-765), to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by March 25, 2017 please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you.

Day 96 2/24/2017 Received Approval letters in the mail for I-765 and I-131.Day 99 2/27/2017 Received EADw/AP in mail.

Day 232  7/10/17 – interview appointment notification: Appt scheduled 7/7 for 8/9. ; Day 262  – the interview (Northern Virginia)

Plenty of people get RFEs for exactly that.  Include a separate copy for each form that requires it.  Some forms will be processed by different offices by definition, like the I-765 (NBC) vs. I-485 (your local field office).

2017-06-12: Married

2018-06-25: Mailed I-485, I-864, I-130/I-130A, and I-765 to USCIS

2018-07-24: Biometrics appointment

2018-08-28: Expedite request submitted for EAD via USCIS support line

2018-09-21: EAD and SSN received in the mail

2018-10-31: Interview is scheduled

2018-11-21: Last TN expired

2018-12-11: AOS Interview - Card is being produced

2018-12-18: Green Card received

I would include a copy with every application. I would also bind every application separately with all required attachments. Use a binder clip or something.

  • 1/26/2019 2:45 pm Mailed the I-485 Application Package
  • 1/28/2019 7:06 pm Package Delivered to Chicago PO Box
  • 2/1/2019 Credit Card Payment Pending Showed Up
  • 2/3/2019 Credit Card Payment Completed
  • 2/4/2019 1:00 am Received 3 Text Message Notices (there's supposed to be 4 notices, but 1 was missing for some reason)
  • 2/7/2019 Received Four I-797 Receipt of Notices in the mail
