NOA: Receipt Notice Date Printed on your official I-797 notification.
Fprints:  Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics). If you do your biometrics via walk-in prior to your scheduled appointment, please enter the date in bold blue.

I have submitted in online 1 hr back and online case status showing application received and email notice sent but so far I did not receive anything except the payment confirmation.

Ken, how did you setup your USCIS online account? I assume you need to verify identity to be able to file online - but verification requires A# and DOS case id.. I don't know if I ever had a DOS case id, where did you find that?

I am going to file my 400 next week, I will let you know after I file.

The online account takes I think my A-number. I don't think I did ask the DOS case number.

Thanks, I am filing in August with a pending I-751.  I am not completing my application until I return from vacation, so I will update my information then.

I'll be sending application for my husband. Sometime next week. Will try to do it online.I'm including divorce papers, our marriage license and copy of his green card. Is there anything else I should send? He' filing based on 5 year residency.

We will file AOS right after his naturalization so hopefully this process won't take too long.

Someone today was trying to tell me that the for anyone married to a US Citizen, the time of the 3 years of permanent residence starts after the first 2 years that they have arrived and received the conditional green card. They said they have to wait 3 years after the initial 2 years of the conditional green card and that the total time is 5 years, even if they are married. Can anyone confirm if this is correct, or do we still qualify to apply for citizenship since she has been here since August 2014, 2 years with a conditional green card, 1 year with the extension, and now we have the 10 year green card.

That is not true. You can apply for citizenship after 3 years GC (conditional or not) - 90 days if you are married to US citizen. The system does not differentiate conditional or permanent. I applied for N 400 last week with GC conditional date 10/18/14. I dont have 10 years GC yet.

Hi, My husband is in the process of applying for his citizenship. We thought of submitting it online and came across couple of clarifications. When we were doing the eligibility test online, they first ask if one or both parents are US citizens (they are naturalized US citizens). When we give a yes, it says you are a US citizen, if we give a no, it will go to the other eligibility questions. Once we go through those questions, we come across another question "Have you moved in the past 3 months?". What does this question mean? Does it mean out of US or within US? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks
