I just got married a week ago. I am starting to fill out the I 485.  I am confused with the process and requirements. Like I had a medical examination to get my k1 visa and if that same examination which was by a doctor certificate by the embassy, it would be able to used it?

You may want to refer to the I-693 official instructions Page 7 Item 3 related to K-1 holders.

 

Generally, you won't need a new medical if you file your AOS within one year of your foreign medical checkup and no Class A disease has been found or you've been given a waiver. However, your DS-3025 must have been properly completed and you'll need to enclose a copy in your AOS submission.

 

If your vaccinations are incomplete, you'll have to get those missing shots and then see a civil surgeon for him/her to transcribe your DS-3025 + new shot records into the I-693. Thereafter, you'll submit the I-693 instead of the DS-3025 with your AOS.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
