Hello everyone. I'm a June 2 filer. I don't understand why there are so many approved around my number but mine remains. I'm 50158. Any answers or suggestions?

Funny you should ask, we were just talking about this a little earlier.

I'm a June 2nd filer also. Number 50159. Yep, next in line right after you, friend. :P

I can tell you what I've heard about cases from the first two days of June.  Remember though that this information could be wrong, since no one really knows for sure.

Many pages back in this thread, another poster reported being told by an officer at USCIS that there have been personnel changes that caused some delays to the June 1st and 2nd cases in particular.  It doesn't make much sense, but that's what the poster was told, apparently.

Also, the data-crunchers of the forum say there is a pattern:  Days with fewer petitions received, such as June 1st and 2nd, are being touched after days with a heavier load of petitions, such as June 5th and 6th.

Resident data crunchers are: @Naes, @The Squirrel, @vocaledge and @Shoegum Check their signatures and posts for more information if you like.

Here's hoping for some movement on our cases soon. :)

Hehe.  I selfishly need yours to be approved soon so I can see what the NVC times are like.  There's not a lot of people from New Zealand itching to get to America at the moment so every New Zealand approval is a big deal for me!!!

I don't think it takes too long for us from NZ once we have NOA2. Hope it's not forever for you guys to wait too.

Yes you will need it, because you were in Philippines after the age of 16 and longer than 6 months.

you can try contacting the phillipines embassy in Greece :) (I'm living abroad in a similar situation and embassy of my home country helped me)

Ask the embassy and here seems to be a form you can online and apply(I'm not sure if this is online though)

Search for "NBI clearance online application"

Ooh! No! The cats have to spend their lives in US. Remember you told them never to 'run away' and now, you are talking about 'dieing away'. NEVER!🤷

They 😺😺must complete this VisaJourney and become US Citizens!
