Don't worry about your i-94. As long as you are married before that date, you're good to go.

 

AOS isn't required within that time period. You can adjust whenever you'd like, but the sooner the better because of other paperwork you have in your packet.

No worries. My I-94 expired 4 days ago as well. As millbrit has said, we just need to be married by the time it expires. It's good that you have processed your papers already, though. You should have no problems.
