Hello, 

 

I filed the I-751 on May 8th 2017 and it was delivered to the Vermont Center on 9th May 2017. 

I am yet to get the I-751 receipt and the check has NOT been cashed yet. Starting to get worried. 

 

I have read the May 2017 filers thread but I am not sure where I can access the tracking excel sheet for May 2017 filers, so I created one.

Strange that the check hasn't been cashed. I don't see your timeline attached (which is really important for people to see the best way to help you.) :time:

 

Is it possible that you:

  • Sent the package too early (even by a day)?
  • Forgot to sign something?
  • Made the check out in the wrong amount?

Any of those things would cause them to return your package and you'll have to resubmit.

 

Is your timeline updated?

Thanks for the reply, I will work on adding the timeline.

 

The 2 year conditional GC expires July 24th 2017. I filed the GC on May 8th 2017.  We checked the application multiple times, it was signed properly by both my wife and I and the check was for $680. 

The package was delivered to the Vermont center and signed by L Zuchowski,  

 

I am not sure what else to do here than to wait ...
