You would still file an I-130 and follow the same general process as a USC for a CR-1/IR-1. You would use a copy of the front and back of your green card for proof of being an LPR, instead of providing proof of US citizenship, obviously.

 

The visa is a family-based immigrant visa under the F2A preference category. Expect about 2 years from I-130 filing to visa in hand.
