please in the Questionnaire C about the convection. if u answered no. do u still need to summit  a police report  of my self or my fiance? before i summit all my document?

No, you do not. The beneficiary will need to bring police records to his interview, but that's far in the future.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

11/2/15: NOA2

Delayed processing due to work

3/15/16: Medical

4/28/16: Interview (approved)

The G325A is no longer a required form from either party when filing a K1 application (form I-129F).  The guides here may still show it, but this changed in April 2017 when the I129F form was updated to include the G325A information making that form redundant and no longer needed.

You mean the affidavit of support (i134)? No, that's only required at the interview.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

thanks alot you guys are handsome. please the part  2 that says  beneficiary physical address abroad? does that mean my address or my fiance address.?

The foreign fiancé is the beneficiary, so it would be their address.

Correct, as long as you use the newest edition of the i129f.
