She is 7 and I'm trying to applying by the end of the month. Also I'm booking her a flight to spend the summer and go to camp with that be or its only gonna be for two months ...I just want to know how to fill the form out so I don't get it return

Hi,

 

So you are filing an I-130 for her?  You say she is coming for the summer, does she have a visitor visa?

Yes I am but she is also coming to spend the summer with us ...so I'm deciding to put it in now and she would do her summer camp and go back to school in september which I will take her home myself to do so. She is a british national  so she is using the vwp
