My name on the lease, but I don't live in the US

So September of last year, my wife leased a new place and we both made the decision to lease it. However I don't live in the US but I do visit her for almost 6 months for the last 2 years we decided to add my name on the lease and making me financially responsible for it as well.

 

We are thinking of including it as part of our evidence in our I-130 application. However I was wondering if it wise to include it. I don't want them to think I am circumventing the laws and living here or confuse my case for AOS (I am currently visiting the US, and will be returning back to Canada).  

 

We including a table contents and under the lease part of it we are explaining it.

 

Any one have any advice on this matter?

They will know that you haven't been living here.  Include it

We did the same thing. I was on the lease about 6 months before I moved and we did include it in our AOS application! No issues.
