Hello guys! I'm new to this site, I need help, I filed my I129F petition for alien fianceè last aug 9, 2016 and I received a reply aug 11 that they already received it with receipt number . Last sept 20, 2016 I received a notice of action request for evidence coming from California service center, I've send all the necessary documents last sept 24, 2016. Sept 28,2016 I received an email from them that the California service center received my documents and will start to process my case. Almost every month I used there e service request for get an update from my case. The last email that I received from them was feb 13, 2017, saying that my case is in background security check stage, they cannot do anything about my case until the FBI finish its check. It's been 7 months now mar 9, 2017. Does anyone know how long does it take for the background check of the FBI finish? Please help? I'm also a member of Army reserve right now. My alien fiaceé is from the Philippines. Any inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks guys!
