I filed a petition for K1 visa, on December 9 I got NOA1. Tomorrow will be just about 90 days (three months!!). Already march 8, Im starting to get anxious, I know I could be a little while longer, but it seems its taking longer than usual. Would like to know how much longer to till noa2, and if there is anyone out there with the same situation... Thanks, would love some answers!!

Yes, most Dec. filers have not heard back yet. There's quote a few Nov. filers and even some Oct. filers (and at least 1 earlier) filers still waiting. Check out the Nov/Dec filer threads for updates. I run nightly scans as well. Check my signature for the data, or follow the Nov. thread.

Our date was Nov 3rd and we are still waiting... 126 days now!

CSC just changed their processing cases as of date to October 15th, meaning they are "working" on October 15th cases now, which is not the case they are working through Decembers but as Geo said, there are still many Nov, Dec and even some Oct cases not touched.

Im so happy!! Just about an hour ago i was so anxious!!!! Finally!!
