Abandoned Green card and applying for an ESTA query questions

I am a UK citizen and I abandoned my green card and on the 4 January 2017 I received my i-407.

I must travel to the US next weekend and will need to apply for an ESTA but there are some questions that I’m not sure how to answer.

“Have you ever been issued a passport or national identity card for travel by any other country?” -  I think I answer no as I believe the green card wasn't a national identity card for travel, can anyone confirm that for me please?

The second question is - “Have you ever been a citizen or national of any other country?” Do I answer yes as I had a green card or answer no on the same basis as my answer to the previous question?

Lastly “Are you a member of the CBP Global Entry Program?” I did join the program in the US and have a membership number. I accept that this may no longer be valid but I think I should answer yes and provide my number. Can anyone help with me this as well please?

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
