In Morocco they do not check the 221 paper saying why denied

and check out this case

Case Creation Date: 17-Jun-2014
Status Updated Date: 05-Jun-2015

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days. Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, Immigrant Visas for "Diversity Visas" cannot be issued after September 30th of the year in which you were selected to apply for a Diversity Visa. For example, entrants into the Diversity Visa Program in Fall of 2011 were selected for Diversity Visa 2012 Program, and selectees MUST apply and receive their visa prior to September 30, 2012 otherwise they lose eligibility to receive a Diversity Immigrant Visa, regardght less of additional administrative processing. In addition, please note that some immigrant visas may not be able to be issued if the annual numerical limit for that category has been reached.

just go and marry, more than likely they did not think the relationship was real, so marry and prove it is

good luck

you need about a month to do all the paperwork and interviews to marry in morocco / if you need the process, write to me personal

i can send the instructions on what documents you need to take and what to do

BTW I went up to embassy window when  my husband came out and asked to talk to someone as other embassies allow

the man said out case had already been sent back / this was about 10 minutes after the interview and denial

some at embassy don't exactly tell the truth

you have to fight for a visa approval in morocco /we did / we are now together in US and married 7 years

What on earth are you talking about ? Case creation and status update and what you copied and pasted has as much to do with
this topic as the price of tea in China.

Until the OP knows her petition has been returned either directly from an email or status update from the embassy or a senator's
inquiry, she should not marry and wait until her AP is completed. It should never be assumed that the case was returned
until it has become a fact. Period.

Not sure if you've seen this paragraph, but I'm pasting it here anyway:

"Some visa applications require further administrative processing, which takes additional time after the visa applicant’s interview by a consular officer. Applicants are advised of this requirement when they apply. Most administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of the visa interview. When administrative processing is required, the timing will vary based on the individual circumstances of each case.  You can check the status of your visa application on ceac.state.gov."

Also, regarding your questions about the reasons leading to the AP, I think the interview questions you mentioned in your other thread might have some answers. Just make sure that your fiancé tries to recall everything that was said during the interview, either by him or by the officer. This might be useful for your case in the future.

Good luck!

We are very aware of your long struggle in finally obtaining your spousal visa and AGAIN congratulations... but You should not tell OP to just go and get married to prove their relationship is real.

AS far as they have posted here...it looks like they are in AP.

And yes CASA did hand out 221g WIth a reason checked at least when I filed that was their practice.

*****SORRY EBUNOLUWA **** It was Adil/Jeanne That I was quoting.

There is too much incorrect misleading opinions that are coming forth and unfortunately people whom are still awaiting for approval might believe ANYTHING.
