Adjustment of status K1-K2

Hi..anyone with my same case K1-K2 visa, for now were about to complete our requirement for adjusting status.. I would like to hear from someone with K1-K2 how they prepare all of the documents really needed.Im confused if its necessary to make an explanation of why you're applying for a travel document? Can anyone whos done filling their Adjustment of status help me give some advices please.thank u

Timeline

It doesnt matter if you are a K Visa or B visa  any one who is goes through AOS follows the same procedures and guides once they have gotten married. You apply for Advance parole document (travel)  in case while you are waiting to adjust you have an emergency and need to travel home. Your K1 visa expires in 90 days so technically you are out of status and if you leave during this time without AP you will have to reapply for cr1 visa to come back. Besides it is free to apply with 485/130 applications.

I-130 is not needed for K-1.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

- my husband now under ROC status, how can we apply for his son? Or was too late?  His son only 6 yrs old 

- what are the paperwork and steps for K2 to get process? 

- do I have start whole new process?

K-2 is to late. You can apply for him as a step-parent you will file the I-130 for him.
