Good day..

I got my Uscis Approval last Nov. 16 and my fiance received the NOA2 letter, last December.

Can I proceed scheduling my interview and my Medical as well , the fact that I don't have yet any letter that contain my Manila Case # hence that is one of the requirements for medical. What I got is my Manila Case # and Ref. Number that the USCIS personnel gave when my fiance called them. But a letter containing a Case Number, I don't received it yet. Please advise me what to do next. Thank u and God bless

If you have the MNL # you can schedule everything. Just have the USC scan a copy of the NVC hard copy to you soon as they get it.

They requested a copy of the NVC letter at my partner's medical.

You could go a head though and begin preparing, if you havent, by getting your NBI clearance, new passport(if needed), extra passport photos, CENOMAR, and even complete CFO (just go back after your get the visa to get them to give you the stamp/certificate).

Hi thanks for ur response.

Actually I got already those other requirements that needed during the interview.

My concern is I don't have yet a letter coming from NVC that contains my MNL case# but I already know my MNL case# and Reference #since my fiance called them and the person whom he talked to give him  that numbers.

During medical one of the requirements is a LETTER THAT CONTAIN MANILA CASE# which I don't have yet.

So what the best thing for me to do hence it's been 2 months already since we got our Noa2? Thank u

Usually NVC is relatively quick, 2-3 weeks, even with the holidays it seems they should have sent everything by now to the petitioner and to the embassy in Manila.

Have you checked CEAC about your case status with the MNL #?

Perhaps NVC did send the petitioner a hard copy but it got lost or was unable to be delivered.

Check CEAC, cause if it says "Ready for interview" then that should mean NVC did forward your petition to the embassy, and the USC needs to call and ask for new copy of the NVC letter.

Definately have him call NVC because it did not make it to him in the mail.

Good luck!
