child's i130 approved wants to go back home country

HELLOW every one my Mom applied i130 for me and my sis our I130 is approved...My mom is US permanent resident she came from USA after 1 year then she went back after 3 months now she wants to come Pakistan again and wants to live with us because me and my little sis lives alone we face some problems without her....Can she come back and live with us more than 6 months..MY PRIORITY DATE IS 4 may 2016....

Yes as long it's not more than 1 year out of the US or she will loose her LPR status.

I don't think she can stay outside of the usa for over 6 months without losing her LPR status

THANKS ALOT both of u one thing more can she takes extension of 1 year..

She does not have to live in the US, she can move back when ever she wants and surrender her GC.

YES.  She can apply for reentry permit and after approval she can stay out of US for two years without loosing her green card.
