I dont know if it counts. I checked this am and it said as of 2/8/17  we were still in AP. What is the phone number to call them because  the hospital told my husband if we dont hear from them in a week to call up there. I tried calking but i keep getting prompts that never lead to a person

876 702 6000 push 0 for the operator. Let her know the medical office asked u to call. Be very pleasant when speaking to her. Let her know you feel it might have gotten lost. If your case status date changes that's a good thing, that means ur file is being touched

Tried calling today and it rang and went straight to a voicemail but I didn't leave one. I just hope that they hurry up an issue my husband the Visa because the medical people told him that we should hear from them within a week and I mean today makes it really just one day past a week but I'm anxious because I want to buy a plane ticket to go down and for him to come up. I'm going to wait and see what it looks like over the weekend then if not I'll call on Monday Crossing all my fingers and toes

Hey everyone, yes we got through. We flew in yesterday and my husband had to go to immigration by himself and that took only 20 minutes because there was only 1 person in front him. The gave him a paper informing him to get a ssn but also that we have to pay another $220 immigrant visa processing fee or they will not issue his green card until it is paid. They say on the paper to pay it beforw coming but no one told us that.

Yeah congratulations.  It only tells about the GC fee on the paper that was attached to his packet.  They recently went up on the fee.  But all in all you are now together!  Yeah!!!!!!:jest:
