Medical exam result not received by London embassy

My fiance had his medical exam at the Knightbridge doctor in early December, and had his interview at the London embassy today (Tuesday, 17 January). However, the embassy said they did not receive the result from the doctor. It should have taken only one week for the result to arrive. (Everything else went smoothly with his interview. They only asked him three questions: Where did you meet her? Did you visit her often? Did you meet her family? The embassy took his passport.)

Did any one have this experience with the doctor? Is there anything we can do to speed things up? We tried calling and emailing the doctor's office, but haven't gotten through yet (phone line busy all day).

If you had a similar experience, how long did it take the doctor to re-send your result to the London embassy?

How long afterwards did you receive your visa?

Yes that's the number. Did any one have a similar experience of medical exam result gone missing in the mail to the embassy in London?

I have just had my interview today and the same thing happened to me. Apparently they did not get my medical summary therefore did not send it. However, this was not the case as I handed them my medical summary the day of the exam. After my interview, I went straight to the doctors and handed them another copy. They stated the first 3 pages of my summary was missing.... (or more like they lost the first 3 pages) how long did it take until you got your visa? They took my passport and stated they will wait for the medical results to come and will issue the visa if they are happy.

Hi sorry just saw this now. Sorry to hear that the same thing happened to you. My fiancé did get his visa about 2 weeks after he went directly to the Knightsbridge doctors and asked them to send over his medical exam record to the embassy. You did the right thing by asking your doctors to resend your record.
