Is there anyone here who had an expired medical exam upon interview date? Did they ask for a new medical exam or just the vaccination supplement?

If you look at this update from USCIS, I'm afraid you'll have to do the full medical examination again, not only the vaccination supplement

Special rules may apply to certain foreign nationals who were examined overseas, including certain nonimmigrant fiancé(e)s or spouses of U.S. citizens ( K visa ), spouses of  lawful permanent residents  (V visa), refugees, and asylee dependents. Such foreign nationals usually do not need to repeat the full medical exam in the United States for purposes of adjustment of status.  [26]

Timing of the Submission of  the Medical Examination Report

The medical examination report may be submitted to USCIS:

•Concurrently with the immigration benefit application; or

•At any time after filing the immigration benefit application but prior to the adjudication of that application; if not filed concurrently with the immigration benefit application, USCIS encourages applicants to wait until USCIS requests the medical examination report before submitting it.  [28]

had my interview yesterday! Everything went well and they asked us all the questions. We got a sheet that said our app is under review, the officer told us she had no worries and believed that our marriage is real. We haven't gotten any updates... Our interview was at 11:15 we were called at 12:40 and we were done by 1:10. Should I be worried that we didnt hear back?

Friends

Hi

I have a question and I hope there are some people here to help or give me some information.

We did our interview, questions were very straight forward. officer finally said  " I approve you and everything is good, but your background check is still incomplete. you don't need to come for second interview and I will issue your green card as soon as I receive your background check. ".

He did not stamp my passport.

Any body had experience like this? or have you guys heard about this situation? how my background check is still incomplete and I did my interview?

Please share with me if you guys know anything about this condition.

My status just changed to 'Case was approved' this morning!

So it's good hope for the ones that got a RFE like me ;)

Now I just have to wait for my green card in the mail I guess.

Congrats.

I've just posted this in the September filers thread but maybe someone here can shed some light?

I called USCIS this morning as the wait is starting to grind and the automated message said that my case is at Lee's Summit MO which is the NBC. I've read that this is because of one or two things.... either it hasn't been processed or sent to my local field office (when I called about a different matter some weeks ago I was told that it was in St Louis), or it's being processed for an interview waiver. On the processing times for the NBC there is nothing for the I-485 because I guess they don't process them... odd. Anyone else experiencing this? I was anticipating a couple more months yet anyway but this has thrown a bit of a curve ball now.

I think I am in the same situation.

When I called their number, the automatic service would say your case is at Lee's Summit, even until now. However, when I went in to an infopass in November, the officer told me that my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview, but they in san Francisco was too busy and an interview availability would have to wait for. I asked him does that mean my case was at my local office and he said yes.

So I am not quite sure if it's just on their automatic system things aren't updated or what. But I had hoped to get an interview notice in Dec or Jan, but I did not. If case progress site is accurate, then the latest I might have to 2 more months.

I even called to talk to a tier 2 officer, but they said that they were too busy and couldn't transfer me. They took my number for a call-back serivce, but it's been a week and I've received no phone call no nothing.

I don't know what the deal is, when I spoke to an officer he asked me for my zip code and said my case was being processed and I should hear this month, if I don't hear anything then to call 1st of March and speak to somebody as it will be over processing time. He couldn't tell me where my case actually was though :/

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

Try calling them as early as 8 am so that the tier 2 officer can call you back soon coz that what I did and I was able to know where my case is right now. I am from Massachusetts and my case is in Nevada so I won't have interview anymore so I am just waiting for a letter from them if there a need for RFE or just wait for card to be release.

Does anybody know how traveling with advance parole works? Do I need to submit anything before leaving the United States or just bring the card? And when coming back, on the border, what do I need to show? And do I get in the permanent resident's line or the "tourist" line if I'm traveling with my american wife?
