Can some one tell me child status protection act  application where to send uscis?

 

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

or other mailing Address. My I-797 Receipt start from WAC.

Are you still waiting? Just want to know whether I should push for expedited processing cause contacting the NVC seems useless at this point.
