 If your income changes your child support will change as well. I believe in the page I linked there was a link for obtaining legal advice/help at low cost. You should look into it, esp if she is going to have an attny representing her. 

 

If you are waiting for after ROC,,, well thats a funny area because you are basically stating the relationship is over but want to remain in it in an effort to secure benefits (ROC) You can not do this- its considered at a min misrepresentation or even fraud. So please think carefully about that. Also as others have stated if you have nothing to fight in the divorce over, it does lead one to question how much ROC evidence you will have. (joint or waivered)
