Its been almost 10 weeks and my application is still at NVC. It was placed on a supervisor list Dec 16. I have tried calling NVC and they are not taking phone calls. I still do not have an appointment date. Has anyone else had this problem or know what I should do?

On week 9 for me unfortunately. I've seen on here that people are actually waiting about 10 weeks instead of 6. Every time I call all they tell me is that it's in the review department and the last woman I talked to said although it is passed the 6 week mark she is only allowed to tell me she can't give me a specific time. Hang in there though I think you are super close :)

Thank you. I hope so. I tried to call NVC but they are not accepting any phone calls so I can not speak to anyone.

Wow another 6 weeks? Unreal. I wish they knew how heartbreaking it is to be away from your husband/wife for so long when taking the legal legit process way.

keep calling! I just tried and was told they were too busy but I re dialed right away and currently on hold.

Ill be sending you positive vibes through Nebraska.. my petition started there as well and got transferred to Texas as I was almost close to the estimated processing time. And I thought that was going to be the hardest and longest wait of all this. I'm estimating about a whole year until all is said and done. I was looking at the processing center quarterly statistics and the numbers are crazy!

i hope with the holidays now behind us they get their asses in gear so we can at least start the new year with our family. At least you know you got fellow VJ people whom know exactly how your feeling and what your going through. That support helps a great deal.
