Hi friends, please I would be much grateful if someone could walk me through the steps in tracking a case at NVC. My wife case got to NVC about six months ago, they have been demanding the same documents that have been sent to them already, My case is delaying and from my records the last document sent was received November 15th, but to date I haven't heard from them. My A/c # starts with ACC2016...... thank you

Have you tried calling the NVC (603-334-0700)?

Just to clarify, is the November 15 your original scan date or when you submitted the requested documents? Remember if you get a checklist, it can take an additional 6 weeks for them to review the new requested documents.

If that date is from when you submitted the requested documents, you're well beyond the 6 week mark for approving. You should call them and ask to speak with a Supervisor and be put on supervisor review. Once I was put on review, someone pulled my case two days later and I was approved in about 10 days.

Yes, November 15th was the date I got notification that NVC has received the document I sent to them, I called them abt two weeks ago and they told me they've received the document and are currently working on it. But, but to date I haven't heard anything from them.

You should call them today and ask to either speak to a supervisor or be put on supervisor review. You're now at 8 weeks which is well beyond the estimated times. They will tell you the same thing until it's approved, so stay on them.

Thanks so much, I called and requested to be put on supervisors review. The guy was nice he told me, he doesn't even know why my case has been delayed so he's going to have the supervisor review it.
