I feel frustrated because today my wife and me now have reached 90 days since  interview, we still under "ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS" without any clue of why that status, without know what to do, just waiting and waiting, i tried call to Casablanca Consulate and never no one answer that phone, we need responces and we dont find who will guide it to us,i always knew this will be a very long process and i did it very patiently, but this time waiting like we are lost and when i look at my statut is still ready , im tired

Is this for a K-1 visa or CR-1 visa? I noticed that you used the term "my wife".  

 

This waiting game is painful and very difficult -- some days I feel like busting out in tears (due to sheer frustration)... :cry:

 

Hopefully some folks will chime in here and offer support. Hang in there and Happy New Year!

07/25/17: Medical scheduled (Max in Lajpat)

07/26/17: Medical completed (will be ready to pick up in 3-4 days)
08/01/17: Medical papers ready for pickup

08/16/17: Interview Day

08/16/17: Visa Approved - Woohoo! 💕

08/17/17: Visa issued + passport ready for pickup

08/18/17: Passport and sealed envelops picked up

08/19/17: Immigration Fee ($220) paid via ELIS
08/25/17: Plane ticket purchased (POE on Sep) 😍
09/14/17: POE at Dulles

Did you call her your wife in the interview (or did she call you her husband)? This will absolutely trigger some red flags.

I know the pain that you are feeling.  As I too am in administrative processing.  Have you tried emailing the embassy.

K-1 Process  

7/27/16- Mailed 129-F to Texas Lockbox

8/01/16- USCIS received packet

9/08/16- Petition Approved

9/27/16- NVC received packet

9/28/16- Case Number assigned

9/30/16- Left NVC to Dhaka

10/04/16- Embassy in Dhaka received petition

10/12/16- Received packet 4

11/01/16- Medical Exam completed

11/28/16- Interview in Dhaka

11/28/16- 221 (g) Green Slip given

02/06/17- Visa Denied

 

CR-1 Process

04/24/17- Getting Married

05/22/17- Mail in I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

5/24/14- Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox & Priority number given (Nebraska)

Every day I send email and the last email I received is

Dear Sir,  

 

This is to inform that your case is documentarily completed. It is undergoing administrative processing; the state department ensures to complete this process within 60 working days, but the timing may vary depending on each case.

Rest assured that we will inform you as soon as this process is completed.

You said that you called her your "future wife," from which I understand that you're already married in Morocco?

 

Maybe the delay is due to that very same reason...If that's the case, are you sure there is no way for them to know that you guys are already married?

I am in a visa  k1 fiancee, we are not yet married, so she is my fiancée and my future wife....Finally I told him my fiancee, he had no problem in the interview,

Did they ask for any additional documents"

IF not, be prepared to get the notice that the case is sent back to the US

and when that happens it is allowed to die / no appeal for K1

I hope she can return to Morocco and marry

We went thru this and completely understand your frustration

seems very heartbreaking and inhuman to put us thru this

Write to me if you need the instructions to marry in Morocco with US citizen as it takes traveling to Casa embassy and Rabat to Foreign minister office and then back to your city

I have talked to uscis and nvc, they said that my case is still processing in casablanca, I had 20 update until now and one today, my friends it has the same situation it has wait 8 months and they call him, another friends he has to wait 5 months, I'm tired
