My wife status keep on saying Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed since Dec 15th 2016 , please anyone experiencing the same problem because we have not received any letter

Timeline

1) That's unusual. You should have received the mail by now.

2) Check the Oath Ceremony dates at your district (usually posted on district court websites but if not call the district court). Your wife's ceremony would take place at one of the upcoming ceremony dates (I hope it has not already passed). If there is one that is coming up within a week or two try to make an infopass and have them print the notice for you.

ME too though my wife did her interview on Dec 15th 2016 but when we got home the case status changed to Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed

I called this morning and the lady said nothing can be done until after January 13th 2017 so I called back again the lady said if I have a fax number they can fax it so I called back again with fax number they placed me on hold and the automatic machine asked for my phone number and it will be take 300  mins for a rep to call back.. ridiculous and they did not call back..

I called today and they transferred me AND left my number so when they called back in 22mins or so she placed me on hold for like another  24 mins and end  up saying i should call my back on jan 19th then a supervisor will fax a copy and but she did confirmed  that the oath ceremony scheduled for the end of the month

Mate, can I give you a suggestion. Just go do a walk-in to 25 Federal Plaza where they conducted your interview and go straight up to the 7th floor. You don't actually need an appointment to get into the building, and when you get to the 7th floor, just go to the reception booth, show them your status, and ask if they can print out your oath letter for you. I've walked into the 7th floor 3 times already without an apt, and never had an issue.
