#CMandS if you have any questions regarding the future steps in your K1 journey check out the (3rd) website I mention in this video. Its super detailed and Its specific to the Philippines. It helped us a lot! Good luck!

Did you sign up for sms or email notification? The only thing you can do is call USCIS and find out about your NOA1. We received noa1 8 days after filing the petition

No news is good news. I know it sounds dumb, but if there was an issue, they get back A LOT quicker. You need to wait at least 30 business days before contacting them to ask about it. If you signed up for online notifications, you should be able to check.

I don't entirely understand what you're getting at. If you signed up for electronic notification with your petition, you'll hear back from that before you officially get your NOA1. If sent you packet via a courier that offered tracking, look that up so it can tell you the physical location of your package.

Can anyone tell me why the tracker is stating 20th December for noa1- noa2 but CSC is stating 15th October when you call? Are the people updating just really lucky? We have noa1 of December 8th and still haven't heard anything about noa2. Getting worried.

The VisaJourney timeline is just an estimation based on data that users input. The CSC is just now starting to process many of the early December petitions, so you could expect NOA2 very soon. You are still within the normal processing time however. I recommend you take a look at the November filers thread where you will find a daily report by a VJ user named Geowrian of how many cases were approved/touched each day (this data is based on the date your petition was received by the CSC) Hope you hear some good news soon! :)

Thanks! That's why I was confused. If someone with an noa1 date of 20th has received their noa2 and updated their timeline and therefore it goes on the tracker, then surely they must be further on than October 15th!
