Good news! Our visa got approved today. Very fast and easy inyerview at the embassy in Santo Domingo. He are beyond excited to get this finally over with. Happy happy happy!

Interview Result: Approved!!
Visa Issued: 21-February-2017     Visa issued same day as interview
DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
US POE (Minneapolis): 26-Feb-2017

No Interview Date today.. ;( .. I am getting impatient day by day... They said they haven't started for March yet. And Also mentioned that they send case to consulate after Interview date is Assigned..

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Oh ok my husbands case closed Jan 27th and I have not gotten the CC e-mail yet.  Hopefully I get it soon.  Either way we are on our way...the wait is just terrible tho. :wacko:

2/9/2016 - Received NOA1 via text and email

2/15/2016 - Received NOA1 in mail

5/18/2016 to 6/1/2016 - Visited wife in india

8/11/2016 - Received NOA 2 via text and email :dancing: :dancing:

8/22/2016 - Received NOA 2 in mail

9/6/2016 - Case was sent to NVC (received text & email)

9/12/2016 - NVC received our Case from USCIS... wait continues for NVC case number

9/27/2016 - Submitted -261 and paid AOS fee

9/29/2016 - Received and paid IV fee

10/9/2016 - Submitted DS-260

10/15/2016 - AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

10/19/2016 - Scan Date

12/07/2016 - Case Completed

12/27/16 - Interview date received over the phone

12/30/16 - P4 letter received

Hey, JFH!  Good to hear from you.  Hope things are going well.

 

I can't believe how long it's taking!  Hoping to hear something tomorrow since its the first of the month.  Really didn't think the NVC part would take so long.
