If that's the native language then they likely will checklist for it.

It's possible.... a small chance but possible.  We normally see a checklist though.

They can take as little or as much time as they need.  Generally not more than 30 days.

They said to me same 1 month as well but when we call them they said  it will take 6 weeks. What they say about 1 month its wrong. But I am now in 8th week still they review it is so frustrating.

Hi, my case is currently being processed at NVC. I expecting an interview in april or may.. i want to know when is the right time to get a police clearance. The validity of bangladeshi police clearance is 6 months. So does it has to be valid till i reach immigration port in US?? Please advice.

What is your scan date at the NVC?  If you did not submit a copy (or original) of the police certificate(s) in your original package, you will most likely receive a checklist to submit the police certificate(s) before NVC can approve your case.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Hi have submitted a police clearance to NVC. It has six months validity and the one that i submitted in NVC will expire on 08 jan. So before i face the interview i need to get a new one. But dont know when is the right time to take it out. I want to know does it have to have a validity while i reach port of entry in US?
