He doesnt want to ask or get lawyer to help.

He should start a profile here and start doing some research then. The guides are very helpful.

This is the Soon to be groom. I will read the links provided us. Thank you. Does anyone know if bringing the children now vs later makes a difference?

Also, the dad is not on board with us taking the children. He threatens to kill them and her if she leaves which is why im afraid to marry her and he find out before I can get her to a safe place. Can we take the kids and let him know after?

No you don't have to get married if you do a K1 visa. Lawyer isn't needed for Spousal or Fiancé visas. Research the different type of visas and the good people on here will help you.

She is from the philipines and they have never been married.

The children are 12, 8, 6 and 2.

I am supporting her the children her elderly parents as she cannot work with all these kids.

you'll need to make $40,725 to sponsor them all

She has full custody over them.

That sure is a lot of burden to take upon yourself.

I make enough to sponsor a small army. I really care for this woman I raised my children they are both off on their own. I am considering if I want to take this all on.

Belle throws tantrums. Is this normal should I worry?
