Make sure you are using the social security number of the main person the taxes were filed under.  I was using mine and kept getting an error message.  Then it dawned on me to use hubby's and it went thru just fine lol.  We received the transcripts very quickly. 

We used everything right and double checked but it won't go through. The web site appears to be under maintenance and we never used the IRS web site before, so this might be why we can't create a new account.
