Hi!

I am looking for the better route to bring my fiancée who soon to be my wife.

Apr 2016, trip to Vietnam, meet and like, then engagement with 1 week, to my fiancée. Stay in Vietnam for 2 weeks total.

Come back USA, file I-129F, process and approval, then file to NVC, then file went to Hochiminh US consulate, interview and god a deny on K1, initials interview on Dec 9-2016. I arrived in Vietnam with my fiancée from Oct-17-2016 until this moment Dec-22-2016. I had my wedding on Oct-30-2016 w/o marriage certificate.

Now I plan to go with I-130 spouse after I make a married certificate.

Please help me all the expert or experience file.

Either way you need to build on your relationship more and provide tons of evidence.... joint bank accounts, utilities in both names, phone contracts etc., etc., whatever you need to prove you're in a real bonafide relationship. If you're married then you need to file for a CR1 visa.

Correct. You have to start over with a spousal visa.

I would advise to gain new/more evidence of bonafide relationship. Perhaps another visit.

so like back USA now, revisit in may? Or august something, the apply for CR-1, or file CR-1 now and then revisit in short moment later? Which route is better look?

Do everything before you file so that you have evidence to send in with your petition.

Front load the petition and follow the guides for the I-130 to CR1.

Enter 'front load' into the VJ search bar if you aren't familiar with it and you will see why.

You can file now and then make a trip before your case hits NVC and then "side load" the trip evidence for NVC

along with every shred of other relationship, financial co mingling and communication you will accumulate.

Then all the evidence again for the interview.

Make copies of everything.

It sounds like maybe the CO suspected there wasn't a bona fide relationship and the beneficiary was just looking to immigrate to he US.

Yes, the CO suspects your fiance only wants to marry you to get a green card. You need to understand it is not normal to meet someone and then get engaged a week later, it's a very big fraud indicator(red flag). Not to mention you got married, didn't register it and then attempted a fiance visa. Engaged couples don't have a "honeymoon", married couples do .Also, before you go any further you need to read and study the guides at the top of the page. You are very confused as to how the immigration process works and unless you clear up any confusion you may have, you will only run into more trouble. Good luck.
