I-130 Application

Good evening everyone,

For the I-130 application with regards to evidence of a Bona-fide marriage, do I need to translate and or notarize entire documents (all pages) or just the signature page where both myself and my spouse are named? We have very little evidence together as far as finances are concerned. I have the following with both our names: 1. Lease 2. Pension 3. Country ID cards 4. Water bill 5. Property tax.

Also I spoke to a USCIS rep today and was told It's not a requirement that the I-751 Affidavit Letter of Support be notarized. However, I see on VJ that many people do it anyway. Can someone please clarify?

Thank you

No such form. the I-751 is the removal of conditions petition.

Good evening everyone,

I want to thank you all for your help so far. Our I-130 was received and accepted for 2016! I received an email exactly 10 days after it was mailed to Chicago. We just made the cut off. Penguin can you please clarify. As I stated above in a few posts, we have our lease, water, taxes, pension and health insurance in both our names. I understand they don't need to be notarized. Do I only translate the signature page of these documents? For example on the first page of our lease it contains: Our full names,ID numbers, address, dates and what we pay. Or do I translate the entire lease? Also I am having a lawyer translate them. Don't I need something to prove they are translated honestly and correctly? I understand I don't need them notarized. Thank you.
