So we are supposed to cower in fear and let China have all our jobs because they threatened us? Good thing the era of people governing us with that mentality is coming to an end.

That is the way the USA has been ran the last 8 years under Obama, and you can see by the OP they are brainwashed the same way.

China has a lot more to loose than the USA. . They export so much to us. I am glad to finally see a President stand up again and tell the rest of the world, We are the USA we are the best and strongest nation on Earth. Let China cry, let other countries cry, I for one love to see the new direction we are headed

China's economy collapsing could easily take the global economy down with it. I realize the rhetoric sounds good, but I don't see the mindset of the average American consumer being able to weather the storm that this would create.

I think I worded that too strongly. A temporary market crash might be more accurate, but it would be enough to radically change things within the country.

Depending on the type of crash and the severity, the US might be sheltered...at least in the short term.

Either way, China's real estate market will crash at some point by the way. The longer the party tries to hold it together, the worse it will be. I've read comparison's to the US subprime crash, but on a larger magnitude. Again, the US would be largely sheltered from such a crash.
