I really did not notice her looks and I agree attacking someones looks is something I never condone, however her mental illness and complete hysterical absurdity left a foul stench in my nostrils

I love eggs. And cheese. Two things I cannot live without.

You don't have a right to enjoy dinner as enshrined in the Constitution. But going to a private place with their own rules about what can and cannot go on in that establishment can then come into play. If the person demonstrates and disrupts contrary to the rules of that establishment, then they are removed, and the patrons can continue to go about their business. It's kind of like a TOS on this forum. Nothing can of course stop you from behaving badly in your right to free speech, but if you want to continue to speak here, you have to follow the rules. Actions have consequences. So if I come in and yell at you while you're ''enjoying dinner'', I would be removed for bad behavior. This doesn't disrupt my ability to have free speech, as I have still managed to speak, and can continue to speak wherever the rules of the establishment doesn't apply (or where no laws are broken).

You pull an stunt like that in an establishment that I own. You will be taken out very quickly and punched and once you are outside you will be thrown down as hard as you can. That is how business can legally take out trash when they are being kicked out. Don't believe me, then go to any bar on a weekend and start acting like a fool, you will see what happen.

Then you'll also go to jail. But that's your choice of course.

Not in Texas you won't. I was a bouncer for 5 years, you pretty much do anything you need to do to get a person removed from an establishment. If you have to twist an arm, or put them in a headlock or even punch them then you can if they are not cooperating.

Oh you can remove a person, but if you start physically punching a person for fun times then you'll probably have a problem if the person calls the cops on you, or decides to sue you for it later. I'm not talking about wrastlin' a person out of an establishment though, and neither were you. Sounds like you'd find it a perfectly acceptable excuse to punch or beat a person up while chucking them out, regardless of if they were cooperating or not.

Two Phrases - They resisted and would not cooperate is your friend.

No they were taken out quickly and forceful. But if they tried to resist or fight back then a world of hurt came down on them. Cops is on the business establishment side everytime.

And no one would ever lie to a cop about why they punched someone who wasn't resisting eh?

Not usually, unless it was a person with history. It was actually a pretty fun little gig for a while. I moved onto bartending after bouncing, I was fun and paid pretty good. Lots of perks and met a lot of chicks.

Having worked as a doorman and bartender for about 6 years, I would agree with this for the most part. I personally never over stepped my bounds when ejecting someone from the establishment, (although there were times I wanted to), but there were those who did. Never saw the cops blink an eye or ask too many questions when the patron accused the bouncers of excessive force as long as the guy wasn't beaten to a pulp. Most of the time the patron that got bounced was extremely drunk and belligerent and acted that way towards the cops too.

Hillary rigged the Primary, the DNC chair got fired and we had crickets from the National MDL.

Please tell me more about favored players

the dnc rigged the dnc primary. blew up right in their faces didn't it? and i don't think there were crickets, people are still going on about it like they can't believe the dnc could ever be capable of such a thing.

that has nothing to do with my post, or what i was saying about favored players. but it's good to see all of you gentleman who used to be uh, a bit weary of russia, and lived through a time when that weariness was certainly justified..totally cool with russia interfering our elections..

the hypocrisy was what i was taking note of. just like the hypocrisy of hillary going on about fake news, when she certainly had no problem spreading it around when it looked like it might benefit her game.

you want more about favored players? it's clear you've made your choice. its a shame but i guess the weakest links cave first.

I'm very glad that you never over stepped your bounds. And I'm sure you have seen those who did (my ex was a bouncer and was one of those types), which was what I was getting at. It kind of sounded like the poster would be pretty happy to over step just because someone used free speech to say something he didn't like and he decided they deserved it.
