From my guess it takes about 1 month from NOA 1 date to biometrics according to many timelines here. I'll be leaving the country as well from the Dec 28th to Jan 14th. It's for that reason I'll mail on the 15th shooting for a NOA date between 18th and 20th. I just want to make sure it gets there though before the 23rd so as not to pay for that fee hike.

I'm hoping for the same thing, I have to send mine out the 16th so fingers crossed the Christmas post doesn't slow things down

You can call them and talk to tier 2 officer to find out your biometrics date or even re-schedule if the date does not work for you. Anyway if you get it before 20th, just walk-in for early biometrics and then you will be fine.

Hi everyone,

Please, add me. I sent my package today 12/13/2016.

The wait begins now.....

I added you to the list :)

I'm pretty sure I have everyone on the list now, plus updates. If I missed an update or haven't added someone feel free to update yourself or just ask someone to do it for you. I'm surprised how few December filers we have so far, and no one from Vermont yet..

hi, i need help from vjers. my wife's 2 year conditional residence expires on march 2017 so now she's on the 90 day window to file for i 751 for removal of the conditions. i am a US citizen. my wife's arrived in the US in march 2015 and her green card expires on March 2017. our child was born march 2016. i have a few questions that i need to ask:

1) on the form i-751 part 3 basis for petition, joint filing section: do we have to put a check mark to 1.a. my spouse?

2) on the form i-751 part 4, do we have to put a check mark on 1.a spouse or former spouse? and then i put in my information on the other information and physical address?

3) on the form i-751 part 5, our son is born here in the US after my wife entered the US so he is a US citizen already, but do we still need to put my son's info for child 1 and just put a check mark on 'NO' box on question number 5 is this child applying with you?

I just wanna make sure i fill out the form correctly before submitting it to USCIS.

Thanks in advance for your response. I appreciate it.

You answered all your questions yourself correctly. But good idea to double check before you send it to USCIS.

Good Luck j4rom.
