How are all y’all doing?

Things here are going well. Glad that I wasn’t living on HHI when Matthew went through! I was on the Disney Dream though, they took our 4 day Bahamas cruise and made it a 6 day Mayan Riviera cruise instead. Such is the rough life I have been living. Another new job within the company that I’ve been with since I started working down here. This one has more normal hours, so you may hear from me more frequently again. Although I have a new house to work on...

Right now, I'm sitting in a restaurant listening to my California uncle slurp his soup.

I swear I'm surrounded by people who all slurp their soups. Gump, my ####### BIL, baby's godfather (a West point grad). Doesn't anyone have any ###### table manners?! It's the most ###### annoying nasty ### habit.

Can you do some lighter or modified yoga poses? It might actually help strengthen the strain! Possibly, but I am nowhere near a doctor or personal trainer....

Successfully beat my elliptical pace by many strides per minute yesterday! Lots of icky sweating did ensue...

If AB exercises make it worse have you tried general resistance training while you can't do any ab work? Just with light weights? Not being able to work out is no fun :(

I cooked asparagus, chicken, and roasted red potatoes for dinner last night, happily ingested si, man!

Yoga is normally fine for me, but I would suspect that with some of the joint instability I'm having that it might not be the best time for it. I can do some arm/back stuff, it is just the lack of even being able to walk my normal .5-1 mile a day takes a toll on my health and with heading into the cold season, that's not so good. I've been trying the last couple of days to just do 5 minutes on the stationary bike to not overtax the joint but to keep things moving. That seems fine, but it doesn't really count as exercise. :(

I've got a banana bread in the oven for the Dane and kiddos and tonight I'm making carnitas and homemade tortillas. What is everyone else making tonight?

We found stuff at Many of them and bought stuff from two of them, one too expensive man.

In good news, see man:

We got tired of coughing, phlegmatic we man.

We therefore combed the medicine cabinet for amoxicillin, from Mexico man.

We took one before bed and again this morn, ingest and ingest we man.

We did not awaken ourselves or others by coughing overnight, no and zzz we man.

Cough has already almost vanished, what a relief man.

Wonder how & why the sheetrock-dust ingestion turned into a bacterial infection, mystery man.


Have met weekly quota for sales of pre-owned toilet seats, becoming routine man.

Shall leisurely sell more while answering voluminous e-mail from thrilled customers, glee man.
