Notice undelivered - Serious effect on the case

I received the following case update on my case. I contacted the USCIS office and I was told that this was a receipt notice that was sent out and you don't need to worry about it since you already have the receipt number. My concern is that it says that it will have a serious effect on the case. Should I be worried? I have already raised a service request twice and have not received anything up till now from Nebraska office. My NOA1 date is 3/28/2016.

check with USCIS what address do they have in thier system its happend with me they missed my apartment number

I did. The address was incorrect and even after rectification, I have not received a notice up till now.

We are facing the same problem except we received confirmation from USCIS via email and via mail to our new address with the receipt number for the address change. We even changed our address at the post office in person to have all mail forwarded and we have been getting all of our mail except for the notice. We even had our drivers licenses delivered here. We were scheduled for October 18 and we already scheduled the time off from work. We don't have any extra paid time off because we have had several deaths in the family in the past month.
