I doubt you'll get a visa right now causes

a There is a seeming desparartion in these quick multiple applications, give it a yr.

b Your age & marital status works against you, CO see you getting marry & staying.

c There are no strong ties to your country

d Why not go to Canada to do this exam

No matter what you say or believe there is no sponsorship for a visitor visa(b1/b2). You must apply and be approved on your OWN merits and your own merits ALONE. Period. End of story. You can complain all you want but those are the rules. You must present evidence that you will return home beyond a shadow of a doubt and having a brother here in the US works against you, not for you. You also must prove that you can fund your trip 100% on your own without relying on someone else to help. The fact that you bought a non-refundable ticket to the US before you were approved is your problem, you should have done your research before buying the ticket. Every single day on this site there is at least one thread from someone who either wants to apply for a visitor visa or already has applied for one, believing that there is some sort of sponsorship and that having a letter from someone willing to sponsor will get them a b2 visa. It simply is not true.

His brother is not in the USA. but you are right that he can only get approved on his own merits.

It simple as there is no possible way for you to get an approval for B1/B2 in the next few years. Now that I know enough of this process - I can guarantee you. Unless you hit the lotto!

You will need at least 4-5000 dollars in income, be married, have travelled to other European countries as a very basic before you are considered even.

The visa application also costs - really no point in reapplying over and over. Your ties are extremely weak as per their definition of ties.

Usually AP for T countries is not quick, think weeks/months, impossible to say how long an individual case would take.

I do not know what date they would use for the visa validity, presumably you discussed when you wanted to go and for how long?

Yes the VO was well aware of the date of my exam (next Friday 21st of October)

And i said wanted to stay for 1 week ( does that mean he is going to grant me 1 week validity?!)

I assume so.
