Hello,

I got my green card when I applied when I was working. I am now ready to do my citizenship application and I would like to know what documents I need.

I seem not to quiet understand the checklist, it says if you are married to a US citizen here is the documents you need but does not say anything for people not applying through marriage.

PS: my job recently ended ( I do contract work), so I am staying with a friend for now (almost 7 months now so no rent documentations on that)

Here are the documents I have, I would like to make sure I do not miss anything and I need your help.

-$680 check

-2photos

-Taxes for the past 5yrs

-Rent (last one???? or no?)

Any other documents that I may need?

Also I have been married and divorced, I did not get my green card under that.

Thank you for the feedback
