ERIC-PRIS. Worse case if she already was approved for her GC. How would I be supporting her. I thought that if some point she went on government assistance, then they could come after me for that. Other then that, which I know is bad enough. How else would I be on the hook for supporting her if we get divorced. Yes, I agree. I should not of ever filled out the paperwork. It was wishful thinking and she was being very nice for about 3 weeks leading up to me filling it out. Yes,I realize now that was a sales job. I'm not stupid, but maybe hoping this would work out clouded my better judgment.

I went online with case number. It just says card was mailed out august 31st. She got her combo card on Sept 4th. So I figured that was it and not her green card. On the phone they won't tell me anything. My local office is a few hours away. I called them and they said no way they will take me as a walk in. They said I would be escorted out the door.

Each has it's own case number..... Doesn't seem like you know so much about all of this

One case number for AP (I-131) she got this

One case number for EAD (I-765) she got this

And then there is the case number you need for the GC (I-485) THIS is the one you need to check

Only case number I got was saying they got paper work at the start of AOS.. I'm sure any letters that came to the house, she got and hid away. She told me she got her combo card and showed it to me and then grabbed it back. I work all day, so she has full access to mail. I don't see now how I could get numbers to her green card application. I'm sure she has it

The number will be around the other number you have they always give it 3 numbers in a row so guess you'll just try a few numbers ...

It's a mystery to me how you could ignore all of those big red flags.

It's even a bigger mystery why you haven't yet emailed the USCIS to withdraw your I-864.

Ok, cool. I got 3 different numbers. I just go to AOS, and put in numbers ?

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Enter the case number that is for the I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS.

Up date. I woke up and took my daughter to school and then off to work. Idk, if she got on this site or someone on here might of known her or told her to look on here, cause she just texted me that cops r called and picking her up and her bags r packed waiting for them. Idk, what to make of that.

Sorry to break the news to you... you are being setup!

She is preparing herself for VAWA, that she is afraid of you (abusive or whatever false charge).

So she is asking for Cops to pick her up and take her to somewhere safe.

what is tampo?? I have never heard this word and it makes the context unable to be understood

Tampo is a filipino word. It doesn't have a direct English translation, it's normally silent treat and cold shoulder. We're not mad, not jealous, just "tampo".

Or just immature, childish behavior.
