Hi,im an f2b category, my case just recently approved, i have 2 kids (5&1) and i already added them as my derivatives, here's my question, my wife wants to join us by applying as tourist, because i cant accompany alone the 2kids, she wants to go with us just to assure the safety of my kids esp the little one, she plans to stay in the us for 1 month, is this possible? Can i join her in our interview in us embassy?

Or any advice u could give to us?

of course not, first she's not your wife, if you are in category F2B, that means you are an unmarried child of a LPR, you don't have a wife

if you are married then you don't qualify for a GC unless your parents are USC

secondly, she must authorize you to take the children out of the country, even if she can't come to the US, the petition has nothing to do with her, if you want to bring the children here, you will take care of them, it doesn't work like you have planned1

she can apply for a tourist visa on her own, and must show strong ties to her country, but that has nothing to do with you or your petition

so what will happen if she can't come, which most likely be the case? will you bring the children with you? who will you leave them with? you have to search and get a job, so who will take care of them while you work?

how will the children adapt without their mom at such a young age? especially the 1 year old?
