4 years and 6 month since i got my green card

Yeah, they'll still look into it since you got a green card, divorced and married really quickly and immediately turned around to apply for a green card. Won't be a walk in the park.

So if i wait 5 years then apply for my wife i will be ok and i will not have a problem to get my i130 approved and bring my wife to live with me

Its been 4 years and 6 month sinc i got my 10 years green card so i can wait

No one can gurantee you shell be approved.

Even if you have a spotless app record ect. Its up tonthe CO and you relationship proof.

I know but i really married and i love my wife and she love me and its not my fault ny ex wife was crazy i did not know till we start living together in same house for 3 years she was so jalaus i cant even watch tv she has a cod she has to check first if the movie had nudity or not or at gym she dont workout just setting in the chair of even a girl said did u finish from this maching im in big troubl i cant go to Wal-Mart i have to look stright if i look some wher she yall at me why u looking at this woman one time we went to cenima a woman took her clothes off in the movie she told me to close my eyes if I'm late from work 10 min because of trafic she will start calling me wher are you i lost my self and my confident with my ex wife i was always afraid if im late from work i cant see or meet friends i went to a doctor and he describe medicen to me because of the pressure my ex wife putt on me she never worked i was the only one working she get my check and only give me gaz money but later she said i will put gaz on ur truck because she dont want me to do somthing by my self i did not want to talk about it and remember or the hell i was in but i had too does anyone here can live with a woman like this for 3 years im glad she divorced me i felt happy and free like i was in jail first think come to my mind run away

I suppose the quickest route will be to apply for citizenship and assuming that goes OK and she has no issues with you petitioning her it will be about 2 years. 6 months or so longer as a LPR.

Boiler i dont think you know your stuff i know a lot of friends had citizen ship got their wives here in 1 year and the friends only have green card 2 years or 1 and half year

I just comeback from a lawyer and said if im a cetizen my wife can get her visa in 1 year

1 year but i can apply for my wife and get the i130 to nvc and after i get my cetizen my wife will get her interview 4 month later

What ever you do if you dont follow guide of the rules get lawyer thats all i can tell you.

Citizenship is also an option like boiler said. If you had 4 years already this year you can apply wife gets here faster.

Ok thanks so after 5 years finish after i got my green card i can file for my wife and apply for my cetizen ship or file for my citizen ship first and get it and then file for my wife so what yall think its better
