You need :

I130

G325A for your spouse

G325A for yourself

1145 Optional but it's good to do

Birth certificate -Spouse-

Birth certificate -Yourself-

Check for $420

Marriage certificate

Translations for all documents.

2 Photographs of your wife

Check if this is all you need I'm not sure. I did send mine 10 months ago

Spouse's birth certificate is no longer required.

G-325A requires passport-sized photos for both petitioner and beneficiary.

OP, how did you acquire permanent residency? If it was through marriage to another USC you will need to wait five years from becoming a permanent resident before you can file.

Because it is a common 'tactic' that Foreigner marries US citizen, gets Green Card, divorces US citizen, then marries girlfriend from home country, she moves to US, gets Green Card. Circle closes.

Hence, USCIS will have a very close look at your entire immigration history and the new petition.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

Ordinarily it takes two years for a spouse of a green card holder to obtain a visa.

You have the added issue of needing to be an LPR for 5 years before you can start the 2-year process.

But if it's true love it will survive.
