Wrong i134 form

Has anyone ever been denied for filing the wrong i134 form instead of the up to date one, in Nigeria?

The one there is there now says it expire in Feb 2016 but since they haven't updated it on the site it is still fine to use.

I think I remember a post where everyone advised you to get the updated form and a link was provided but you questioned that by saying why would they send me the form in packet 3 when I can't use it.

So has he been denied or are you just asking ? The beneficiary would be asked to submit a recent one rather than just be denied. I have never heard of someone being denied for an outdated form.

It's too late to send the current form. He won't reeive it in time, so now I'm worried abt him being denied be cos of this.

Send it anyway that that way he can provide it to them as soon as he has it. He won't be denied because of that

packet3 is just a email , so are you saying when u emailed them they gave you an old i 134? usually they just send you the k1 prep packet so kinda confused how he got a old version of 134

Yes send the new one in case they have an issue with the old one and tell him to come back with an updated one otherwise you lose too much time.

How can it be too late to receive when your interview isn't until the Sept. 29th? You can easily fill out the correct form or roll the dice and hope for the best.

It takes so long for packages to arrive in Nigeria. He says he still has not received the first one I sent and I sent it exactly 10 days ago. But I'm going to send this current one anyway and hope for the best.

Please use FEDEX . It gets into Nigeria within a week.

You never know which CO you are gonna get. Someone may overlook something and the other may enforce it. Play by the book.

If you send any package with USPS to Nigeria it may never get there. Took one whole year (!) for a package that we send and it was returned to us

for an unknown reason after one year !

Use FEDEX or any other reliable courier that delivers there.
