Today , I got the email from USCIS stating below message. MY PD is Dec 23rd 2004. In EB3 Category.

1.) if I see this message mean decision is made on my I-485 application and its Approved right? .

2.) How many days it will take to get the card.

3.) I am waiting for it from long time(Almost 12 yrs) Just want to sure and confirm that it is approved.
