HI, i have case for adjustment of status in NY, the story is i was married abroad before i come to USA, then when i came to USA i got married to a US citizen before my divorce papers are complete, which i considered #2 to be VOID marriage. i got married to for a third time to a US citizen woman without taking any steps against the void marriage (#2) then applied green card based on my third marriage. my question is will the USCIS accept the third marriage as valid?

It looks bad. Real bad. Don't want to scare you but they don't take bigamy light in the US although I don't think that was your intent.

Maybe had you remarried second spouse and refiled but you married a third person.

In what time span did you marry the 2 USC?

1st wife - You divorced while married to the 2nd wife?

2md wife - You divorced when?

And yes you must list the previous 2 marriages. You marry a US citizen while married then divorcing and marrying another US citizen looks not good. Looks like green card shopping.

Did you ever file married to wife #2?

when they see when divorce was granted and you married to wife #2. Well yes I see many issues.

1st wife divorced was after the second marriage. me and the first wife had some religious divorce that the City hall accepted for some reason and they proceeded with the second marriage. then i discovered from a lawyer that this religious divorce is not a legal divorce so i filled for civilian divorce abroad that was completed after the second marriage.

i did not file married to wife #2 as i thought it is avoid marriage that never happened.

so i married to #3 woman 10 months later

You got one misrepresent after another. You swore infront of a judge then you dismissed the second marriage and went for a third and you married wife two and three within one year.

I think you need a lawyer. Experienced in bigamy and immigration.
