Illegal Alien Who Killed Nun Was on Obama’s Supervised Release

The deadly results of President Obama’s “supervised release” program for illegal immigrants were exposed long ago by a Judicial Watch investigation of a Bolivian national (Carlos Martinelly-Montano) who killed a Virginia nun in a drunk-driving accident.

A Homeland Security report obtained in the course of JW’s probe details policies and actions of the Obama administration and local governments that allowed Montano, an illegal alien who committed a series of crimes, to remain on the streets despite being subject to deportation. Rather than detaining Montano, federal authorities determined that he was a candidate for the Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program, which supposedly monitored his whereabouts.

On August 1, 2010, while under the influence of alcohol, Montano crashed his car into another vehicle, killing one nun and critically injuring two others. Last year he was sentenced to 20 years in prison, but the fact remains that the tragedy never should have occurred. Federal immigration authorities never should have freed Montano under Obama’s outrageous “supervised release” program.

The liberal elite ... know that the people simply cannot be trusted; that they are incapable of just and fair self-government; that left to their own devices, their society will be racist, sexist, homophobic, and inequitable -- and the liberal elite know how to fix things. They are going to help us live the good and just life, even if they have to lie to us and force us to do it. And they detest those who stand in their way."

Shooooocking

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

I don't know how it is in Bolivia but it is seen as an act of machismo to drive drunk for you young Mexican men. It's part of the culture.

We young Mexican men? I admit I tan pretty well, but I am neither young or Mexican. John Galt (aka Hilarious Clinton) is 3 shades whiter than me and he refers to Santa Claus as sonny. I think you have mistaken us for someone else.

Are you from Mexico or came of age in Mexico?

You beat me to this.

And who in this thread is Mexican? I'm trying to figure out who Merle is talking to.

Of course it is. Trump's rise is partly because of it.

i don't think you're making it up, i think you're focusing in on a nonissue. now, if all hispanics were illegal and also drunk driving as a rule..then yes i could see where you might have the very beginnings of a valid point.

Of course it is. Trump's rise is partly because of it.

mostly. machismo is muy muy stupido, blind followers of the loudest bark..

I just told you I'm not.

I was in Phoenix once though. Pretty dismal drunk driving stats there. I know this is not the first time I bring this up, but we should really worry about solving our own problems before we try to solve other peoples. To solve a problem, there are many different approaches, but I don't think hypocrisy is one that usually works.

And Phoenix has a large population of illegal immigrants from Mexico, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Bolivia, and other Spanish speaking South American countries. They all tend to pal arounnd together, live in the same neighborhoods, and do the same type of work. Thats why I mentioned the young Mexican drunk drving stuff. Birds of a feather. But what do I know, I was only born , raised, and spent quite a bit of my adult life in Phoenix.

Yeah sure. That's why.

There's a name for people who think everyone else is to blame but themselves. I won't tell you what it is, you know, because then it would be my fault, but it's worth looking into when you have the time.
