CEAC Status - Issued? - Also, category changed from IR2 to CR2?

We had our interview today and I just want to clarify some things. I am a USC with 2 kids who were previously on the IR2 category, but during the interview the pre-screener changed their status to CR2, is there any reason for the change? What is the difference between the IR2 and CR2? She then asked the I-864W for both kids, so is it safe to assume that they will both be USC upon entry? After the interview I checked the status on CEAC and it says ISSUED, does it mean that their petitions are approved? My husband was just given the violence pamphlet and we were asked to register our mailing address on ustraveldocs, but we weren't asked to go to another window, does it mean that everything's okay? I'm just being extra anxious! Thank you everyone for the time!

The difference lies on the duration of your marriage. If marriage is over 2year then it is under IR, otherwise it is CR.
